We're a barn family of hard-working adults and children who love horses. We all come to Heartland Eq Stables to enjoy our passion and dreams together.
We're dedicated to caring for your horses, and training both horses and riders while competing in local barrel racing shows.
Merry
Merry is our Team Leader and therefore wears many hats at the barn. She coordinates working with those who desire to do events including barrel races and clinics in the indoor or outdoor arenas. If you would like to have an event at Heartland Stables, please contact Merry and let us get you scheduled. Merry is also involved with the day-to-day work on the property.
Tony
Tony is our "go-to" guy at the barn. He operates farm machinery and oversees all the necessary repairs to keep Heartland in pristine condition so that all our boarders and riders will have a positive experience.
Haylee
Haylee was introduced to horses at a very young age, she has come to appreciate the complexities & idiosyncrasies that make each of these large animals unique. As the barn manager at Heartland, Haylee will care for your horses with extreme kindness and respect. She will feed, clean their stalls, and turn them out daily.
Anjellica
Anjellica was born loving horses and spent her childhood dreaming of having a horse of her own. Her wish came true when she was 10 and her family got their first horse. Eventually, the family bought several yearlings and she has been riding horses ever since. Anjellica is a recent graduate of the Clinton Anderson Clinician Academy. She is well-trained in the methods of restarting a horse and/or training western riders in barrel racing and cowboy-mounted shooting.
